Fernando TORRES in BW 12

Drawing made with a Derwent pencil H3 on a normal Canson paper A4 (29,7 x 21 cm).

Again, I used one of the pictures from the ceremony where Fernando received his EURO 2012 golden boot at Chelsea.

I actually started this drawing in february while on holidays but was much too busy to finish it earlier. I worked on it to do the shading only bit by bit these past weeks & while I was doing it, Fernando scored 3 goals against Rubin Kazan in Europa League.

Hope the Blues qualify for the final & Fernando gets to score again to end the season well. He has scored 19 goals so far in all competitions after all & even is the first player to have scored in 7 different competitions in the same season.

Still trust you, Niño, & whatever happens, no one can take away all that you have achieved : twice Euro Champion, World Champion, Euro golden boot, first & only player to have scored in 2 consecutive Euro finals, Champions League winner, vice golden boot of the Premier league with Liverpool, first & only player to have scored in 7 competitions in a season... You still have a lot to offer, if only you trust in yourself. Remember that your fans trust you.

And I will keep supporting the Blues, too, of course. After all I have endured with them & Nando since the past season, now I am linked to that team. So whatever happens, KTBFFH !
